GENERAL POLICIES


  • May I bring a spouse/partner?:  Yes!  The MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center is a full service resort with several amenities on site and dozens of local area attractions.  Spouse/Partner registrations must be submitted separately via our website and includes admittance to scheduled breakfasts, luncheons and receptions.  Please contact us to receive a special registration code.

 

  • What forms of payment do you accept? The ACA accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

 

  • May I transfer my Summit registration? Substitutions are not accepted.
 
  • If I am unable to attend the Summit, can I receive a refund for my registration fee?  Summit cancellation notices must be received by email: registration@acaweb.org  Registration cancellations received on or before Sunday, September 24, 2017, are eligible for a full refund. Refunds requested after the cancellation deadline will be subject to a $100 administrative fee.  All refunds will be processed after the Summit. Registrants who are Summit NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due.  Substitutions are not accepted.
 
  • Can I receive a discount for a one-day registration?  No, the registration price is inclusive so no discounts are offered for one-day attendance.

 

  • What if I have special needs or dietary requests?  Please let us know during your registration what your dietary or special requests are so the ACA can make an effort to accommodate your request.

 

  • Will wireless internet be available at the Annual Summit?  Yes.  Wireless internet access wil be available to all Summit attendees.

 

  • Are meals included in the cost of my registration?  Your registration includes all refreshment breaks each day of the Summit, hot breakfast buffets, scheduled luncheons and receptions.

 

  • What is the dress code for the meeting?  We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience!  Therefore, business casual attire is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a sweater or jacket for the conference as sometimes the meeting room temperatures can fluctuate.
