A very special thanks to everyone who joined us for the 2018 Annual Summit. If you were a registrant, you have received by separate email an invitation to provide feedback on this year's conference. We hope you will take a few minutes and complete the survey--your feedback is a critical piece in our continual efforts to improve the quality of the Summit.


The ACA Annual Summit provides an opportunity to bring together faculty, staff, and administrative leaders from across the ACA to engage in ongoing collaboration and share information and best practices in the ever evolving effort of preparing students for achievement. The two-day program will showcase outstanding ACA members across a broad spectrum of teaching, research, and service as well as share proven strategies to implement in your own classroom.

This year (2018) marks an intentional effort to expand participation in the Summit, as we both appreciate and cultivate student learning in a broader context entailing the traditional classroom, co-curricular programming, and student services. We are planning concurrent sessions, expanded workshops, guest speakers, and opportunities for networking through communities of practice across the many components of our campuses that promote student learning and student success. Our concurrent sessions will emphasize four themes of practice in particular:

  • Co-Curricular Programs: Innovations and Best Practices
  • Student Success: Innovations and Best Practices
