AccessADVANCE serves to increase understanding of the issues related to this understudied and often marginalized group and identify promising practices that systematically address issues impacting the career advancement and success of faculty with disabilities.

The ADVANCE Journal publishes peer-reviewed scholarship related to institutional transformation concerning inclusion, equity, and justice in higher education. ADVANCE Journal is an online, open access journal that was started as part of the National Science Foundation’s ADVANCE Institutional Transformation grant.

The SU_ADVANCE Library was created with support from a National Science Foundation ADVANCE Institutional Transformation Grant focused on the advancement of women faculty and minoritized faculty in institutions of higher education. The Library contains material relevant to academic faculty, university administrators, and individuals and organizations interested in common equity issues that affect workplace environments. The Library was created as a resource for those looking for current practices, policies, and information relating to inclusion, equity, and diversity in higher education more generally, as well as in STEM fields; work-life balance, workplace climate, and job satisfaction; and mission-based institutions of higher education within the academy in the United States.

SEA Change is a comprehensive initiative from AAAS that implements a proven self-assessment process to effect sustainable change with regard to diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEMM at U.S. institutions of higher education. It aims to advance institutional transformation in support of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in colleges and universities.

The American Association of University Women strives to advance gender equity for women and girls through research, education, and advocacy. The STEM Gap: Women and Girls in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics is a research area of interest for the association.

ACE’s research and insights on women’s leadership aim to guide and support current and future women leaders and those positioned to promote their advancement, as more and more women enter into and thrive in the higher education leadership pipeline.

AISES promotes the highest standards of education and professional excellence to widen the STEM workforce and grow sector support. We highlight the geographic, economic, and social aspects of STEM education and careers. In addition to awarding nearly $12 million and counting in academic scholarships, AISES offers internships, professional development and career resources, national and regional conferences, leadership development summits, and other STEM-focused programming.

AnitaB.org provides women and non-binary technologists with year-round opportunities to connect with and inspire one another, develop their professional skills, find mentors, and gain recognition. Our communities, events, and programs offer the resources women need to build rewarding careers in technology.

The ARC Network strives to advance equity nationally by facilitating the adoption and implementation of evidence-based systemic initiatives by institutions of higher education and other STEM organizations that affect those in STEM workplaces. The ARC Network will facilitate authentic, intentional dialogue between researchers and practitioners, connect inclusiveness to organizational principles and practices, and account for and incorporate intersectional perspectives throughout our work.

For over 50 years, AWIS' mission has been to champion the interests of women in science across all disciplines and employment sectors . Working for positive system transformation, the Association strives to ensure that all women in these fields can achieve their full potential.

The Center for the Advancement of Hispanics in Science and Engineering Education is a national educational and scientific non-profit organization based in Washington DC created by Latino scientists and engineers. Its mission is to prepare talented Hispanic and other underrepresented minority science and engineering students achieve academic excellence and professional success through CAHSEE's pipeline of rigorous educational and leadership development programs

The Committee on Women in Science, Engineering and Medicine (CWSEM) collects and disseminates data and information on the education and employment of women scientists, engineers, and health care professionals, and ways to increase the participation and advancement of women in all fields of science, engineering, and medicine.

The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is one of the largest student governed organizations in the world. In short, NSBE members, chapters, and supporters are dedicated to increasing the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.

OWSD provides research training and networking opportunities for women scientists throughout the developing world at different stages in their careers.

The Society of Women Engineers seeks to expand access for, and strengthen the inclusion and retention of, girls and women in engineering and technology; champion intersectional diversity within engineering and technology and model an inclusive and equitable environment; be a global, inclusive community, empowering women in engineering and technology from all locations and life stages; and be the global authority on and a resource for women in and aspiring to careers in engineering and technology to develop their talents, personally define success, and achieve excellence throughout their life journeys.

An ACC&U initiative, Teaching to Increase Diversity and Equity in STEM builds the capacity and efficacy of individuals and teams in exploring the root sources, unwritten codes, and systemic origins of the underrepresentation of minoritized groups in STEM.

WEPAN connects people, research, and practice to increase participation, retention, and success of women and other underrepresented groups in engineering from college to executive leadership.

Through the Committee on the Status of Women in Physics (CSWP), APS is committed to encouraging the recruitment, retention, and career development of women physicists at all levels.

UNC Charlotte ADVANCE has collected strategies to facilitate an ongoing, active faculty recruitment; the nuts and bolts of a search process; resources to help ensure faculty candidate pools are inclusive; candidate evaluations; inclusive language in job descriptions; strategic interview questions; and other best practices.
