- Cross-Campus Collaboration: An Example of How Libraries Can Help Support DEI InitiativesNovember 6, 2024

In the Spring of 2024, the President's Diversity Council started a monthly Lunch and Learn program geared towards having "tough talks" about topics that can be seen as controversial, but that the council deemed necessary. Some of these topics include the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, racial healing, reproductive choice, and mental health. The library collaborated with them to create a LibGuide geared toward providing additional resources on these topics. This presentation will explore that collaboration and the LibGuide created for the Diversity Council with the intent of creating a discourse around the Library and DEI initiatives.
