Title Lists
Most BCLA Core title lists are available in Collection Manager. See the Recommend Selections spreadsheet in the BCLA Core for WMS tab to determine the Collection Manager title and ID for each BCLA Core vendor.
All libraries with an active subscription to OCLC Cataloging have access to Collection Manager. Any library, regardless of OCLC subscription status, can request access to content from one of OCLC's provider partners. OCLC documentation is available if you need to create a Collection Manager account. If you are unable to access BCLA Core collections in Collection Manager, please contact us to request KBART files as needed.
BCLA Core title lists for EBSCO, JSTOR (purchased titles), Springer, and Wiley are available here, because BCLA-recommended autoloads to Collection Manager for these vendors may include titles outside of the BCLA Core. While not necessarily inclusive of all titles available to your library, the BCLA Core title lists may be useful for your holdings analysis. Please note that EBSCO title availability may vary by library and/or title status in EBSCOhost Collection Manager (ECM).
Library-specific title lists for EBSCO/Netlibrary eBooks are not available for BCLA Core. Current title lists in WMS Collection Manager include non-BCLA purchases and subscriptions available to your library. Contact EBSCO Support to request an eBook title list with source of purchase, as needed.
