1. Determine the availability and needs for shared electronic resources to enhance library holdings.
2. Establish, coordinate, and review policies for collection development, deselection, and resource sharing.
3. Evaluate and recommend resources for the BCLA Core Collection.
4. Identify resource sharing opportunities that could benefit member libraries.
