BCLA Director Information

This committee is responsible for facilitating decisions about governance, including bylaws, elections, and orientation; and administering grant programs.
1. Establish and maintain guidelines and review applications for all grants funded by our endowment, including IEDO, ODO, and PDO; and any other grants as needed.
2. Facilitate the election of Chair/Co-Chair of the BCLA Council of Library Directors.
3. Support the onboarding of new ACA library directors, including the development and maintenance of documentation about membership benefits.
4. Coordinates evaluation of BCLA activities, services, and other needs.
